Finding a good employee is hard, right? Like the employer. Over the eight years of my working experience, I managed to work in six companies and in three of them I was engaged in marketing. He worked both in huge organisms like Sberbank, and in tiny companies, where there was only an office area of 15 square meters with a couple of three colleagues.
Of course, any team always had some kind of friction. The management needed results, and employees complained among themselves about low salaries, the draconian regime, and so on.
Observing this for several years, I came to the conclusion that the chiefs and directors themselves are more often to blame for the laziness, slackness and useless results of employees. In a word, employers.
